1. The 1-to-1 Mentorship Model
Q1 How does One-to-One virtual software training work at CACTS?
You get a private virtual classroom with an active developer. Using tools like Google Meet or Zoom, you share your screen to write code live, receiving instant line-by-line feedback and guidance.
Q2 Why is a 1-to-1 learning model superior to standard batch training?
In typical batches of 30-50 students, the pace is rigid. Our 1-to-1 model lets us adjust the training speed dynamically to match your grasp. We stop, explain, and review whenever you face a bug or conceptual bottleneck.
Q3 Are the training sessions pre-recorded lectures?
No. Every single session is conducted live in real-time. We do not use pre-recorded video playbacks, ensuring active, two-way interaction at all times.
Q4 Who are the mentors at CACTS?
All mentors are working software developers and engineers. They work on active commercial projects and bring real industry standards, patterns, and workflows directly to your sessions.
Q5 What happens if I need to miss or reschedule a class?
Since there are no batch constraints, you can easily reschedule any session by coordinating with your mentor. You will never miss a class or fall behind other students.
Q6 Can I ask coding questions outside of class hours?
Yes. You get direct support channels (such as chat or email) to ask questions, resolve syntax bugs, or request feedback on your tasks between classes.
2. Live Project Internship
Q7 What does the Live Project Internship phase involve?
After completing core modules, you join active company git repositories. You will work on real tickets, write production code, submit pull requests, and receive feedback from dev teams.
Q8 Are these mock or sandbox projects?
No. We do not use dummy exercises or copy-paste templates. You will work on real, live-running application codebases backed by actual companies.
Q9 Do I get professional tools exposure (Git, Jira)?
Yes. You will work with standard tools like GitHub/GitLab, manage branches, handle merge conflicts, write code reviews, and track task items in Jira.
Q10 Do you provide technical competences or assistance?
No. We do not guarantee jobs or placements. We focus strictly on building high-demand practical skills and giving you real-world project credentials that help you stand out to hiring managers.
Q11 Do I receive an internship certificate?
Yes. Upon successful completion of project milestones and active repository contributions, you will receive an official Internship Certificate detailing your technical contributions and role.
Q12 How does the code review loop work during the internship?
When you submit a pull request, senior developers review every line. They guide you to refactor for clean code patterns, optimized queries, and standard security checks.

Both. The training covers manual test planning, test case writing, and bug reporting in Jira, alongside automation scripting using Selenium, WebDriver, and test frameworks.

You will learn Linux operations, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), and cloud architectures on AWS, including server configuration, routing, and access controls.
Q17 What is the background requirement for the Software Architect program?
Unlike our other tracks, the Software Architect course is an advanced developer program. It requires at least 2 years of active programming experience. The curriculum focuses on high-availability clusters, Saga patterns, Event Pipelines (Kafka), and Kubernetes orchestration topologies.

Q17 What is the pricing model, and are there hidden costs?
Our fees are all-inclusive (ranging from ₹7,999 to ₹24,999 depending on the course). There are zero hidden registration, staging server, or certification fees.
Q18 Do you offer installment payment structures?
Yes. We support flexible installment plans to make our value-driven training financially comfortable for students and freshers.
Q19 How do I book a trial demo session, and is it free?
Yes, the trial class is 100% free. You can request it via our website form or WhatsApp. It is a full 1-to-1 virtual class to experience our screenshare model before enrolling.

5. Setup & Schedules
Intake When does the next 1-to-1 training intake start?
Intakes start twice monthly on the 1st and 15th. The next upcoming 1-to-1 intake starts on October 1, 2026 (with secondary intake on October 15, 2026).
Q21 What hardware or computer specifications do I need?
A standard laptop or desktop with at least 8GB RAM, a working webcam and microphone, and a stable internet connection capable of hosting video screenshare calls.
Q22 Do you support macOS or Linux setups?
Yes. Our developer-mentors will guide you through installing and configuring local databases, compilers, and IDEs on Windows, macOS, or Linux.
Q23 Can I take classes during evenings or weekends?
