Welcome to CACTS (Centre of Advanced Computer Training and Studies). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing your participation in our 1-to-1 virtual software training programs, live project internships, and use of our online platform resources.

1. One-to-One Virtual Training Terms

Our training operates strictly under a customized 1-to-1 developer screensharing model. By enrolling, you agree to the following operational parameters:

  • Flexible Pacing: Mentors adjust topics dynamically to match your grasp. No lessons will be skipped, but you agree to actively participate and complete assign coding modules.
  • Rescheduling Policy: To cancel or reschedule a live session, you must notify your mentor at least 4 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notification will be counted as completed if repeated consistently.
  • No Batch System: Because lessons are individual, you do not have peer batch members, and timings are coordinated strictly between you and your developer-mentor.

2. Live Project Internship Policies

The internship phase is designed to integrate students into active software development cycles on real code bases. Access is subject to these strict guidelines:

  • Git Guidelines: You will be given secure access to development repositories on GitHub or GitLab. You must follow git branch procedures, write meaningful commit summaries, and submit pull requests as guided.
  • Code Review Loop: You agree to refactor code blocks based on developer feedback. Senior developers reserve the right to decline or request modifications on any pull request that does not meet repository guidelines.
  • Security & confidentiality: You agree not to copy, download, distribute, or expose proprietary company codebase logic, database schemas, or API keys outside CACTS development sandboxes.

3. No Placement Guarantees

CACTS is a practical skills training and internship provider established in 2012 in Shivane, Pune. We do not offer job technical competences, job technical readiness support, or direct employment promises. We commit to providing quality 1-to-1 mentoring, real repository commits, certificate credentials, and resume reviews to help build your professional authority. Employment success depends entirely on your performance in recruitment processes.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

All-inclusive program fees are declared before registration. Payments must be processed through UPI, bank transfer, or card systems. Flexible installment schedules must be settled on the agreed calendar dates. We offer a transparent cancellation and refund period during the first week of classes.

5. Abuse & Termination of Access

CACTS reserves the right to terminate repository access and student dashboard privileges without refund in cases of malicious actions, including attempting to upload destructive code, distributing repository credentials, or harassment of CACTS developers and mentors.
