Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and maintain HR documentation.
• Update and manage employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Assist the Director with calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and business correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform other HR and executive support tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or pursuing/completed relevant qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and multitasking ability.
• Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days.
